With the G5 tower about to be shipped, 12" G4 isn't worth what they used to be. I think the current lineup will either be discounted or updated soon enough. Tablet-style laptops, I think. You definitely will want a laptop; I kind of wish I had one now, but it’s not THAT big of a deal for me, since I just use mine as a porn– uh … file — server. :-)
