Birthday Greetings
September is a crazy time for birthdays in my social circle. My mom, girlfriend and two friends all have their birthdays in a three day span.
Today in particular is a three way birthday. Permit me to go all gah gah for a second and wish Kathryn a happy birthday. She’s going to Seattle with her family today and unfortunately, my being on different continent and all, I won’t be spending her bday with her. So everyone wish the most understanding and caring person that I know a happy birthday!
It’s also the birthday of one of my best friends in Vancouver. He knows who he is, and hopefully, he’ll enjoy his semi annual dose of Bebop flavour (but this particular installment is oh-so-good). Mike doesn’t have a web presence so I can’t link him.
Neither does Amar. But he has a comic character named after him so I guess he’ll become famous or infamous by virtue of it.
Oh yes, obligatory plug, the aforementioned comic has a new strip out today. It’s not as accessible to non designers or HCIers but go have a look anyways.
