Italy: Venice

For Reading Week, Kathryn and I went to Venice for a few days, doing some sightseeing and trying some “real” Italian food.

The weather was really nice, if a bit cold, and being off season, there weren’t too many tourists and prices (especially the gondola) were far more manageable (though still expensive). We ate a lot and saw a lot of churches and museums and listened to some Vivaldi.

Kathryn will tell you more in a day or two … she’s sitting next to me so now she knows she’s under pressure to do so!

This pictures are be-a-U-tiful!! I love the B&Ws; the clean lines really stand out. They are all postcard-perfect! (Incidentally, I noticed you could send them as e-cards!) You’ve done Venice’s romantic reputation justice.

And Kathryn is so cute! :)

Thanks! We put a lot of effort into trying to capture everything in an interesting and aesthetic way.

And hey, feel free to send e-cards with our pics =)
