Yes. The image of her breast was short-lived and (apparently) accidental and was so covered up by that metal knocker (pun shamelessly intended) that it took me several seconds staring at the photo before I could really tell if there was any nipple showing. (Yes, that's why I was staring. Honest.)

And had I seen it on live TV, I wouldn't have figured out what had happened until it had all passed already.

I think what needs to have more spotlight is the fact that people are using the words "pv$$y" and "a$$hole" on the radio talk shows like they're going out of style! And last night at the gym, primetime TV had extremely steamy scenes of seduction and adultery going on. THAT is what kids are watching, and a 0.5-second boob flash is miniscule in comparison.

Conservative? Maybe. But when was the last time you saw some nekked boobays on HK TV stations? Compared to many countries, the US isn't that strict when it comes to sexual censorship.
Regardless of what many want to see on TV, there are still some in the US that don't like the female body. It's not my place to say to what extent these peoples' children are censored. If I want to see breastises, I can buy a subscription to Showtime or the National Geographic channel.

I can understand why many are upset here. The lawsuit was likely frivolous, but such is the way in the Land of the Free.

I'm not surprised of the outrage, people will complain about anything. It's what they do: complain. I wonder how many of the offended are male. In other words, how many male football lovers don't want to see a little booby? How many mormons do you figure watch the Superbowl?

I was in China at the time, and I heard about the peek-a-boob, but I didn't see it until I got back. I thought there'd be more, based on the public rage. If people think it's worth their while to file a class action lawsuit, then it's their prerogative... but they should find better things to do with their time. Like blogging.

I don't think all the outrage should be directed at the fact there was a boob flashed on TV, but why it was flashed.

I don't believe for a second that this was accidental and the fact that Janet has a new album coming out shortly only adds to the notion that this was done as a publicity stunt.

I can't find the article now, but someone commented that there was an article published before the half-time show was over that one of her new singles was being released early (or something like that) to feed the overwhelming demand for new Janet material after her 'surprising' performance at the Super Bowl.
