I’ve posted this on OK/Cancel’s Quick Links but it probably deserves another mention here. A lot of employees at Microsoft have blogs on the MSDN network now and one of the most interesting and useful new ones is by two recruiters there. They talk about interviewing, resume preparation, what to wear, etc. Good read and quite insightful even if you’re not applying to MS.
