Portfolio
Monday marked the point where I was officially 30% of the way through my course. Luckily, that doesn’t correspond to chronological proportions. In two weeks, I’ll be 60% of the way through!
Basically, I spent the last week(end) getting almost no sleep putting together a 110 page “portfolio” that showcased papers and such that I’d written that prove how much and what I’d learnt from my MSc since starting in September. Luckily, I was able to leverage (can you tell I was in industry) my OK/Cancel articles but that there was still a ton of additional writing.
In two weeks, I write a couple of 3 hour exams and then it’s thesis time! Hopefully, it’ll also be blog redesign time. High time I did since Blogger’s redesign, coupled with the awesome Doug Bowman’s new templates (and some by Vancouver’s, Dave Shea) raise the bar of all blogs dramatically. Damn you guys. I’m a designer and now mine looks like crap compared to every 10 yr old starting a new blog!
