Pet Peeves, New and Old.
New - people who stuff their massive carry-on, slightly less massive carry-on that’s supposed to be their “personal item”, their massive jacket and their duty free bag all into the upper compartment, thus occupying the entire compartment, thus causing others to have to check their bags from the plane, thus delaying the flight. There’s room under the seat in front. Use it.
Old - answering the phone during a movie. Having your phone on vibrate and trying to whisper into your phone isn’t being considerate - just don’t answer. Unless you’re a doctor and it’s a medical emergency, in which case, you’re probably leaving the theater. Is it really that important to have a conversation that essentially consists of, “i’m in a movie, i’ll call you back. I Said I’m in a Movie. What? I can’t hear you. I said I’M IN A MOVIE. I’ll call you later, ok?”
Activities this month: 1) Travel to LA for work, again for E3, Vancouver, South Dakota. 2) Learning actionscript. 3) Playing with AJAX goodness (or at least faking it with prototype.js). 4)
