Michael Bay is known for over the top action, which is really pretty fitting for a movie about vehicles that transform into giant robots. The movie is itself a pretty poor script and plot but it makes fun of itself and does a great job, for those who watched the cartoon or had the action figures, of making you feel like you’re watching your childhood fantasies come to life. A crowd to cheer with is a must though. [imdb link]
